Experience every clinical and laboratory step in real time, including a live surgical conversion of a terminal dentition to full-arch implants and a complete prosthetic workflow using photogrammetry.

The course will cover facially driven digital data acquisition, diagnosis, AI-assisted treatment planning, 4D occlusion, and digital design, led by a board-certified Maxillofacial Radiologist and experienced  Prosthodontists and Maxillofacial Prosthodontist.

Participants will actively engage in the smile design, 3D printing, and final prosthesis delivery process.

  • Understand the latest technologies in photogrammetry, grammetry and IOS digital full arch impressions.
  • Observe the guided live patient surgical implant placement and manufacturing processes for FP1 full arch Prosthesis.
  • insights into what the digital dentistry future will look like with AI and VR.

Morning Session 8:00 to 12:00

Lectures on treatment planning and surgical execution with the Straumann full-arch protocol:

  • Introduction to the iEXCEL system.
  • Importance of CBCT data acquisition for interpretation and implant treatment planning.
  • Data Acquisition protocol with TRIOS and Sirius scanners, Facial Scanning, and CBCT.
  • Dynamic Occlusion, Articulation Recording in 4D and Mod jaw Virtual Articulator.
  • Digital Implant Planning for terminal dentition and fully edentulous cases using SmileCloud, CoDiagnostiX and Smile-In-A-BOX protocol.
  • Clinical Cases Overview.

Afternoon Session 1:00 to 5:00

Live Implant Guided Patient Full Arch

  • Full Arch Immediate implant placement with the iEXCEL system (BLC/BLX implants) and Smile-In-A-Box concept.  Photogrammetry i4CAM workflow will be used post-surgery. Printed immediate loading prosthesis will be delivered the following day..

Lectures on Prosthodontic Digital Workflows in the full-arch rehabilitation

  • Photogrammetry versus Grammetry. Which one, when and why? Thorough presentation of digital protocols with ReveX, Tektonik and I4CAM.
  • CAD design overview and Restorative materials focusing on centralized milling with Zirconia overlay on milled bar.
  • Smile Cloud 3DNA overview and hands-on (Laptops and Google Chrome will be required by participants).

Lunch break 12:00-1:00 (Lunch will be provided on site.)

Afternoon Session 1:00 to 5:00

  • Live Patient: Digital impressions with Tektonik workflows and Photogrammetry.
  • Hands on with Tektonik and Photogrammetry.

Dr. Konstantinos Chochlidakis is a Professor and the Program Director of the Prosthodontics Postgraduate Training Program at Eastman Institute for Oral Health. Dr. Chochlidakis received his dental degree from the University of Athens, Greece in 2008 and then joined the Greek Army as a soldier dentist for one year. Following the military, Dr. Chochlidakis moved to the United Kingdom and worked as a general dentist, serving in the National Health Service and private practice. After completing the Prosthodontics residency at Eastman Institute for Oral Health in 2013, he joined Temple University for two years as a full-time Assistant Professor and Co-Director of Clinical Fixed Prosthodontics in the Restorative Department, Kornberg School of Dentistry.

Dr. Panos Papaspyridakos received both his Certificate of Specialty in Prosthodontics and M.S. degree with honorary distinction from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. Subsequently, he received his Certificate of Fellowship in Implant Dentistry from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He also holds a D.D.S. degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and a Ph.D. degree (summa cum laude) from the National University of Athens School of Dentistry.
